Ritika Michael is an Industrial Designer and visual artist. She holds a Master's in Industrial Design from Pratt Institute and a B.S. in Fine Arts from Hofstra University, with international study experience at Imperial College London and Keio University in Tokyo, where she explored traditional bamboo weaving in Chiba, Japan. Her work is informed by an interest in Asian art and culture, material experimentation, and hands-on processes such as slip-casting and mold-making. With experience in freelance lighting design, she embraces an interdisciplinary approach and believes in staying open to new areas of design.
